疫情防控工作远未到松懈的时刻，境外输入性病例持续增加，上海防范境外疫情输入压力增大。

不少入境人员关心：到上海需要被隔离吗？到上海后要注意哪些事项?怎样配合防疫部门做好自我隔离防护？……

上海市公安局黄浦分局为您搜罗问题答案，并制成《黄小警发布之入境小提示》视频。

公安黄浦分局还制作了“入境小提示”宣传页，在机场防疫点入境旅客填写相关信息时，方便旅客及时了解有关政策及事项；属地民警在对居家隔离人员进行上门告知时向住户发放宣传页以便他们能更好地完成居家自我健康观察。

国外回上海需要被隔离吗？

上海明确，所有中外人员，凡是到达上海之日前14天内，有过重点国家（如韩国、意大利、伊朗、菲律宾、法国、西班牙、德国、美国等）旅居史的，一律实施14天居家或集中隔离健康观察。

Shanghai has made It clear that all people who have lived or traveled in high-risk countries such as South Korea, Italy, Iran, the Philippines, France, Spain, Germany, the United States in the 14 days prior to their arrival in Shanghai must undergo 14-day quarantine at home or in designated places for medical observation.

非重点疫情国家地区人员入沪后，根据各区疫情防控需求，可能也会面临严格的隔离标准，建议事先向当地居委了解。

And people from other countries may also face strict standards of quarantine, so we suggest that they should ask the local neighborhood committee of their residence first.

最近几天，上海在浦东、虹桥两大机场划分了一块专门区域，作为需要居家隔离健康观察人员入境后的集散点，入境旅客在这块区域完成检测后，会有专员安排专车接送，全程陪到小区，并严格落实为期14天的居家隔离措施。

In the past few days, Shanghai has divided a special area in the Pudong and Hongqiao airports as a gathering place for incoming passengers who need to be quarantined at home. After the medical inspection, the staff will arrange a bus to pick them up, accompany them to their residence and strictly implement the 14-day quarantine at home.

填写健康申明卡

每个国际航班旅客下飞机进入入境大厅前先进入等候区，完成健康申明卡的填写。内容包括十四天内居住或旅行过的国家和地区，在此期间是否接触过新冠肺炎患者等。

The foreign passengers has to fill in the health declaration form. Each international passenger should fill in their health declaration form before they enter  the arrival hall.The contents include the countries and regions where they have lived or traveled within 14 days, and whether they have been in contact with patients with new crown pneumonia.

测量体温

所有旅客进入入境大厅前都要检测体温。

Second they have to measure body temperature. Each passenger should be cooperative with the body temperature check when they enter the arrival hall.

甄别重点国家

如14天内有过韩国、意大利、伊朗、法国、西班牙、德国、美国等重点国家旅行和居住史，工作人员会安排一条远离普通旅客的线路，将其集中带离机场，实施为期14天的居家或集中健康观察。

And third, Identify whether they have been to epidemic focus countries within 14 days .The staff in the airport will set up another route for the entering passengers.

警方提示

如有隐瞒或虚假填报，造成疫情传播，将被依据法律追究相关责任。

Any concealment or false reporting which result in the spread of the epidemic, will be definitely prosecuted in accordance with the law.

到住宿地后

有哪些注意事项？

根据中国法律有关规定，境外人员抵达住宿地后24小时内需要申报住宿登记，可以使用手机扫描二维码、也可以在浏览器中输入网址进行住宿登记申报。

According to Chinese law, foreigners are required to declare their accommodation registration within 24 hours of their arrival. they can use mobile phone to declare.By entering the web address or scanning the QR code.

需要求助怎么办？

1. 拨打12345对外信息服务热线，热线支持英、法、日等多种语言为在沪外籍人士答疑解惑、解决难题。

They can dial 12345 foreign information service hotline. The hotline supports English, French, Japanese and other languages to solve problems and answer questions for foreigners in Shanghai.

2.当然，也可以向我们警方求助，我们上海黄浦警方专门成立了多语种行动小组，可以为各国友人提供专业服务。

And you can also ask our police officers for help. We have set up a multilingual operation group, which can provide professional services for friends from all over the world.

当前，上海疫情在向好的方向发展，但是我们出门还是应该佩戴好口罩、出去景点游玩要出示随身码。扫码步骤如下：

At present, the epidemic in Shanghai has been developing to the good direction. However, still everyone is strongly recommended to wear a mask. For people who are planning for a trip to the tourists’ attractions, scanning the QR code before hand could be a wise choice. The steps are as follow:

1、打开微信、支付宝或者“随申办”APP“扫一扫”。

2、扫描张贴于接待大厅入口的”随申办”二维码。

3、可生成随申码——“绿码”表示可以通行，“黄码”表示建议观察，“红码”表示建议隔离。
